Services Provided

Polar Junk Removal offers curbside junk pickup services in Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and surrounding areas. Items must be placed outside at the curb, driveway, or front of the property before our scheduled arrival.

Booking & Quotes

• Quotes are based on the volume and type of items described or shown in photos.
• Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if items differ from what was described.
• All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit, and e-Transfer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

Access & Pickup Area

• Items must be accessible and placed at the agreed-upon location before pickup.
• We are not responsible for items left in areas we cannot safely access.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste)
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Items requiring special disposal permits

If you're unsure whether an item is accepted, contact us before booking.

Liability

• Polar Junk Removal is not responsible for damage to items being removed.
• We take reasonable care but are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or items left in unsafe locations.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
